Concert Ticket Reservation

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the reservation and issuance of concert tickets to guests who have made a room reservation at our establishment. By making a room reservation, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility:
1.1. These Terms apply to guests who have successfully made a room reservation at our establishment and have selected a room package that includes concert tickets based on the specified zone tier offered.
1.2. Eligibility for specific zone tiers is determined by the room package chosen during the reservation process. Guests will receive two (2) concert tickets per room reservation corresponding to the zone tier included in their selected package.

2. Concert Ticket Reservation:
2.1. Upon confirmation of your room reservation, you will be eligible to receive one (1) concert ticket for the specified concert event.
2.2. The person in charge of concert ticket reservations iLasso Ticket Sdn Bhd will liaise with you to arrange seating at the concert venue.

3. Seating Arrangements:
3.1. The seating arrangements for the concert will be determined by the concert venue management and are subject to availability.
3.2. The iLasso Ticket Sdn Bhd reservations will do their best to accommodate your seating preferences, but specific seat assignments are not guaranteed.

4. E-Ticket Issuance:
4.1. Once the seating arrangements are finalized, you will be provided with an electronic ticket (e-ticket) for the concert.
4.2. The e-ticket will be sent by iLasso Ticket Sdn Bhd to the email address provided during the room reservation process.

5. Ticket Usage:
5.1. The e-ticket must be presented at the concert venue entrance for admission.
5.2. Lost or stolen e-tickets will not be reissued, and you will be responsible for its safekeeping.

6. Concert Event Terms:
6.1. The concert event itself is not hosted or organized by our establishment. Therefore, any additional terms and conditions, as well as rules and regulations, imposed by the concert venue management or event organizers, must be adhered to by the guest.

7. Cancellation or Changes:
7.1. If you need to cancel or make changes to your room reservation, you must inform our establishment as soon as possible.
7.2. Cancellation or changes to your room reservation may affect your eligibility to receive the concert ticket.

8. Liability:
8.1. Our establishment is not responsible for any issues related to the concert event, including but not limited to changes in concert dates, cancellations, or the quality of the event.

9. Modification of Terms:
9.1. These Terms may be subject to change without notice.

By making a room reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the forfeiture of your concert ticket reservation.
